Milk soup with vegetables

  • 2l of milk
  • 1 glass of water
  • 350g of cauliflower
  • 500g of potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 200g of fresh runner beans
  • 40 g of butter
  • salt to taste

Slice carrots, fry slightly on butter. Drop cauliflower scalded with boiling water, potatoes cut into cubes and prepared carrots into boiling milk diluted with water and boil to doneness. At the end of boiling bring green bean pods previously boiled to the boil and add butter.
