Milk soup with pumpkin

  • 1.2 l milk
  • 400 g pumpkin
  • 160 g ground breadcrumbs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 40 g margarine
  • salt

Chop peeled pumpkin, add water and stew until well done. Sieve with liquid. Simultaneously bring milk to the boil, add ground breadcrumbs and boil for 5-6 min. Add sieved pumpkin, sugar to your taste. Put a piece of butter before serving.
