Vegetable soup with fresh cucumbers

100 ml milk
300 g fresh cucumbers
400 g potatoes
80 g onion
80 g carrot
1.4 l broth or water
40 g mashed tomato
100 g green peas
40 g lettuce
40 g butter
yolk
salt

Fry floured carrot and onion in the vegetable oil, add mashed tomato, put in boiling water or broth, add potatoes and boil for 20 min. Put chopped cucumbers, lettuce and green peas, mixture of raw yolk and milk 5 min before readiness.
