Wheat cakes with small radish and milk

  • 150ml of milk
  • 360g of small radish
  • 240g of potatoes
  • 120g of carrots
  • 80 g of salad radish leaves
  • 120g of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 20g of sugar
  • 60 g of margarine or vegetable oil
  • 8g of soda
  • 40g of butter

Boil the vegetables, knead and put through a mincer. Comminute eggs with sugar and salt, add slowly milk, salt, then soda. Mix this blend with strained vegetables and beat up. Fry the wheat cakes on vegetable oil or margarine. Serve with sour cream or butter, prepare mass for the cakes shortly before frying.
