Seasoning from yogurt with sheep cheese
- 250 g bioyogurt without sugar
- 1 clove of garlic
- fresh mint leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g sheep cheese
- black ground pepper
Knead sheep cheese with a fork, mix in the processor with yogurt without sugar, add chopped garlic and fresh mint leaves. Pour in olive oil, add salt and black ground pepper.
Seasoning is used for vegetable salads.
