Salad «Shanghai Cocktail»
- 200 g bioyogurt without sugar
- 5 pcs chicken breast
- 1 tin of cut champignons
- 1 tin of tinned pineapples
- pitted olives
Boil and cool chicken breast. Fry champignons slightly, cold down. Pour out butter. Cut finely pineapples, chicken breast, olives and mushrooms. Dress the salad with pineapple juice and yogurt without sugar.
Serve the salad in bowls on the bed of lettuce.
