Doughnuts with cabbage and meat

  • 100-150 g kefir
  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300 g pork
  • 200 g pickled cabbage
  • 1 small onion
  • 20 g butter
  • salt

Dissolve yeast in little warm water. Sieve flour and make a hill in a deep bowl. Make deepening, add yeast, 1 egg, kefir, vegetable oil and salt. Make dough and put it in a warm place.

Wash meat under running water, grind. Salt mince, add finely chopped onion, mix with pickled cabbage, put into the frying pan, add water, and stew until done. Roll the dough, cut out circles, put the filling in the middle of each circle, close the edges.

Put the doughnuts on a buttered tray, egg. Bake in the oven heated to 180°? for 20-30 min.
