Sour cream sauce
(for vegetable dishes)

  • 2 cup sour cream “Savushkin Product”
  • 2 egg yolks
  • A little mustard
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Stir hard-boiled egg yolks with mustard and sour cream. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to your taste to the sauce.
