Yougurt sauce for maccaroni

  • 250 ml bioyogurt “Savushkin Product”
  • 300 g spinach
  • 50 g hard cheese "Russian green"
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Chop spinach finely, pour it with yogurt and stew for 5-10 minutes. Mix flour and vegetable oil and stir on a hot frying pan until you get a uniform mass. Add it to spinach with yogurt and stew for 2-3 minutes. In the end add cheese and let it melt.
