Cheese rolls

  • 300 g "Extra-Gauda"cheese
  • 150 g boiled chicken meat
  • 280 g cottage cheese "Savushkin Khutorok"
  • Potherbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Wash potherbs, dry, chop and mix with cottage cheese, grinding thoroughly. Cut chicken meat finely, add salt, and pepper to the cottage cheese and mix.

Put the cottage cheese on a food film and sprinkle with ground cheese, roll it up and refrigerate for an hour. The snack is ready.
